- Season the chicken thighs with salt and black pepper.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, ketchup, honey, and minced garlic until well combined.
- Place the seasoned chicken thighs in the slow cooker in a single layer.
- Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken thighs, making sure they are coated evenly.
- Cover the slow cooker and cook on Low for 4 hours or on High for 2–3 hours until the chicken is tender and fully cooked through.
- Once done, serve the chicken over rice or with vegetables, spooning sauce over the top.
Notes
For extra flavor, brown the chicken thighs in a skillet before adding to the slow cooker. Serve with steamed rice, mashed potatoes, or vegetables.
