Prepare the Greens (The Unique Twist)
- In your blender, combine the 2 cups of fresh baby spinach with 1 cup of milk (or your chosen dairy substitute) and a small squeeze of fresh lime juice (if using). Blend on high until completely smooth and vibrant green, pulverizing all spinach.
Add Banana & Blend
- Add the 1 small very ripe banana to the blender. If using a fresh banana, add a few ice cubes. If using a frozen banana, ice may not be needed. Blend again until the smoothie is thick, creamy, and completely smooth. Taste and adjust as needed.
