  • 1 cup cooked chicken shredded or diced
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce chopped
  • 1/4 cup Caesar dressing
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese shredded
  • 2 large tortillas

Method
 

Assembly
  1. In a bowl, combine the cooked chicken, chopped romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, and Parmesan cheese.
  2. Mix until all ingredients are well combined and coated with the dressing.
  3. Lay out a tortilla and spoon half of the chicken mixture onto the center.
  4. Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it up tightly from the bottom to create a wrap.
  5. Repeat with the second tortilla and remaining mixture. Serve immediately.

Notes

For an even quicker lunch, use pre-cooked rotisserie chicken. Add croutons for extra crunch inside the wrap.
