- In a bowl, combine the cooked chicken, chopped romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, and Parmesan cheese.
- Mix until all ingredients are well combined and coated with the dressing.
- Lay out a tortilla and spoon half of the chicken mixture onto the center.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it up tightly from the bottom to create a wrap.
- Repeat with the second tortilla and remaining mixture. Serve immediately.
Notes
For an even quicker lunch, use pre-cooked rotisserie chicken. Add croutons for extra crunch inside the wrap.
