Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Brush the pork chops with olive oil or melted butter on both sides.
  4. Coat each chop evenly with the seasoning mixture.

Baking
