  • 1 10 oz Can Cream of Chicken Soup Adds creaminess.
  • 1 10 oz Can Cream of Potato Soup Enhances the flavor and moisture.
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce Adds depth of flavor.
  • 1/4 Cup Milk Adjust for desired creaminess.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef and diced onion until the beef is cooked through. Drain excess fat.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cooked beef mixture with sliced potatoes, cheddar cheese, cream of chicken soup, cream of potato soup, Worcestershire sauce, and milk.
  4. Mix well until everything is combined.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
Baking
  1. Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour.
  2. After 1 hour, remove the foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the cheese is bubbly and golden.
Serving
  1. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve warm with a simple side salad or crusty bread. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 3 months.
