Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef and diced onion until the beef is cooked through. Drain excess fat.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked beef mixture with sliced potatoes, cheddar cheese, cream of chicken soup, cream of potato soup, Worcestershire sauce, and milk.
- Mix well until everything is combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
Baking
- Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour.
- After 1 hour, remove the foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the cheese is bubbly and golden.
Serving
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Serve warm with a simple side salad or crusty bread. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 3 months.
