  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Preparation
  1. Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the mixture over the chicken in the crockpot.
Cooking
  1. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is cooked through.
  2. Once done, shred the chicken in the sauce and stir to combine.
Serving
  1. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes

To store leftovers, let the chicken cool down to room temperature. Place it in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 3 days. It can also be frozen for 2-3 months. Thaw and reheat as needed. For more flavor, marinate the chicken in Italian dressing before cooking. Add vegetables for a complete meal.
