- Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the heavy cream, chicken broth, sundried tomatoes, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken in the crockpot.
Cooking
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is tender.
Serving
- Serve the chicken over pasta, rice, or mashed potatoes and garnish with fresh basil.
Notes
For extra flavor, consider using boneless skinless chicken thighs or adding spinach and mushrooms. For thicker sauce, mix in a cornstarch slurry during the last cooking minutes.
