- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
- Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet. Cook until golden brown on both sides and cooked through.
- Remove salmon and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cherry tomatoes. Cook until tomatoes are soft.
- Stir in spinach until wilted.
- Pour in heavy cream and add parmesan cheese, stirring until smooth.
- Return salmon to the skillet, spooning sauce over the top.
- Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
Notes
Best served immediately. Enjoy with a side of rice, pasta, or crusty bread. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days. Reheat gently.
