Ingredients

Pasta and Salmon
  • 8 oz pasta
  • 2 fillets salmon
Sauce Ingredients
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Method

Preparation
  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Making the Sauce
  1. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  2. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the parmesan cheese until melted and combined.
  3. Flake the cooked salmon and add it to the sauce along with the cooked pasta. Toss to coat.
Serving
  1. Serve warm, garnished with chopped parsley.

Notes

If you have leftovers, store the pasta in an airtight container in the fridge for 2-3 days. Reheat in a skillet over low heat or in the microwave.
