Preparation
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper, then place them in the skillet. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through. Remove and set aside.
Making the Sauce
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the parmesan cheese until melted and combined.
- Flake the cooked salmon and add it to the sauce along with the cooked pasta. Toss to coat.
Serving
- Serve warm, garnished with chopped parsley.
Notes
If you have leftovers, store the pasta in an airtight container in the fridge for 2-3 days. Reheat in a skillet over low heat or in the microwave.
