- In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Mix in the lemon juice and fold in the whipped topping until well combined.
- In a 9×13 inch dish, layer half of the crushed graham crackers.
- Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the graham crackers.
- Spoon half of the cherry pie filling over the cream cheese layer.
- Sprinkle half of the chopped pecans on top.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
Serve chilled, cut into squares for easy serving. Pairs well with whipped cream, extra cherries, or pecans for garnish. Store covered in the refrigerator for 3 to 5 days.
