Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened butter with minced garlic, fresh parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Slice the loaf of crusty bread in half lengthwise and generously spread the garlic butter mixture on both halves.
- Layer the shredded chicken evenly on top of the buttered bread, followed by a generous sprinkle of mozzarella cheese.
Baking
- Place the prepared bread halves on a baking sheet and bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Once out of the oven, allow the bread to cool for a minute. Slice into portions and serve.
Notes
Serve hot with a side salad or fresh vegetables. Pairs well with dipping sauces. Wrap leftovers in plastic wrap or an airtight container and store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven.
