Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the flour, baking soda, and baking powder. Set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Gradually add the dry flour mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in the crushed Butterfinger bars and caramel bits.
Baking
- Drop tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden.
- Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. Can freeze for up to three months in a freezer-safe container.
