Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Peel, core, and dice the apples.
- In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat, then add the diced apples, brown sugar, and granulated sugar. Cook until the apples are tender and caramelized, about 5 minutes.
- Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into squares.
- Place a spoonful of the apple filling in the center of each pastry square.
- Drizzle some caramel sauce over the apple filling.
- Fold the pastry over to enclose the filling and seal the edges.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.

- Serve warm, drizzled with more caramel sauce and a sprinkle of cinnamon if desired.
